At ArchiVinci, we provide users with unlimited access to our architectural rendering platform for specific periods (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). While we aim to deliver high-quality, AI-generated renders, we recognize that due to the nature of AI, some results may not align with users' expectations. Our refund policy aims to balance flexibility with the realities of AI-driven design.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Perpetual Dissatisfaction: If the renders consistently and significantly fail to meet your design needs or expectations, despite attempts to resolve the issue.
Technical Problems: If ongoing technical issues prevent the effective use of our platform, and we are unable to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Occasional Render Dissatisfaction: Due to the AI-driven nature of the platform, not every render may perfectly match your vision. However, continued usage of the service should yield results aligned with your preferences.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you no longer wish to use the platform, outside of significant, ongoing dissatisfaction as described above.
Plan Expiry: Refund requests made after the designated usage period's ending will not be accepted.
3. Pro Rata Refunds
If there is a consistent mismatch between the renders generated and your needs, resulting in a decision to discontinue usage, we may issue a pro rata refund based on the remaining unused time in your subscription period. This refund will be calculated as follows:
You will be refunded for the portion of your subscription that remains unused, starting from the date you first contacted us about the issue.
